Peacebird Group Headquarters Building

Located in Ningbo, the Peacebird Group Headquarters Building serves as the corporate management and operation center for one of China’s leading fashion retail groups.

The Peacebird Group Headquarters Building covers a total floor area of approximately 22,000 square meters. The project was designed by Shanghai Hanking Architectural Design and delivered by the Fifth Branch of Gold Mantis as the general contractor, ensuring a high standard of architectural and interior execution.

Founded in 1996 and listed in 2017, Peacebird Group is a leading fashion enterprise in China. With retail revenue reaching RMB 28.5 billion in 2019 and a workforce of over 13,000 employees, the company has been recognized among China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises for ten consecutive years. The headquarters building reflects the scale and organizational maturity of a large, publicly listed corporate group.

The workspace is planned to support diverse corporate functions, including a large conference hall accommodating up to 150 people, executive meeting rooms for senior management discussions, and efficient open office areas for daily operations. The spatial layout balances functionality, hierarchy, and operational efficiency, providing a structured yet flexible environment aligned with the group’s corporate culture.
